Our Unlimited Classes Membership gives you unrestricted access to all outdoor group classes and exclusive events, designed to help you achieve your fitness goals while being part of a supportive, results-driven community.

Weโ€™ve meticulously crafted a balanced schedule that includes strength training, low- and high-intensity workouts, and volume-based programming. This well-rounded approach ensures you maximize your results and get exceptional value from your membership.

Most of our sessions are held at Gunnamatta, but weโ€™ll always notify members promptly of any location changes.

What We Do

STRENGTH

Increase your joint stability, bone density and lean muscle mass with STRENGTH. This class has been programmed to create full body balance which is the foundation of solid movement patterns. Weight training done right.

ALL OUT

ALL OUT uses a range of popular techniques and methods to push your cardiovascular boundaries. This session offers a variety of high intensity exercises that can be modified to any level. Variables will change, but your output won’t.

VOLUME

VOLUME is our structured run group. We prep and plan our route / distance to coincide with upcoming events. This group offers walk, jog and run options and is scaled to your level with an aim to improve weekly

MIX

MIX brings our class concepts together. Each session there is a zone for strict strength work, plus a high intensity set – all joined together with a walk / run. We preach being well rounded and not overloading one discipline; this is the perfect test of our beliefs.

SUPER SATURDAY

The 1st Saturday of each month come and test yourself with our 90 minute hit out.
Our SUPER SATURDAY sets are structured like mix, but on a larger scale. These sessions we encourage and invite our clients / members to bring a friend for free Post session it’s coffee and a swim with your Squad community.

PERSONAL TRAINING

We believe in providing top level service to our clients which is why we bring you our tailored Personal Training service. There are limited spaces available so contact us directly to book a session and keep your fitness goals on track. With over 16 years industry experience we are confident you wonโ€™t find a better provider in the Shire!
